I ordered from charliebrowns.com and, surprisingly enough, I was actually happy with what showed up. The prices were fair, the delivery was fine, not exactly record-breaking, but it got here—and overall it felt like I got my money’s worth, which is more than I can say for some places

The food ended up being good, so I can’t complain too much. Pickup took a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying, but overall it was still a decent takeout experience.

I had asked support a quick question before ordering, and they basically said something like, “Don’t worry, the meals are filling,” and they were not kidding. Everything felt worth the price and filled me up easily. I’d definitely order again.

The biggest issue was the temperature. My burger was barely warm, and the fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while before they ever reached me.

I don’t mind waiting a bit for delivery if the food is actually fresh when it arrives, but this just made the whole meal feel like a letdown. I might give them another shot someday, but I’m definitely not in a hurry.

I had a good experience with Charlie Brown's. The staff were polite and seemed to really know what they were doing, which made the whole thing feel easy from about the start.
They got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed around at all. Just a nice, professional service overall, and I’d use them again.

The food was fine, nothing to complain about really, but the parking was 100% the dealbreaker for me. It took forever to find a spot, and then I ended up walking way farther than I expected. If you're in a rush, I can say with total confidence this is not the place to casually swing by.

But when we got there, the reservation was all set, so it really wasn’t a big deal at all

I stopped in mostly for the salad bar, and I feel like it was actually really fresh? The lettuce was crisp, the toppings looked clean, and nothing had that sad taste like it had been sitting out all day. Maybe I’m picky about salad bars, but this one seemed solid to me. I’d definitely go back.

The drinks were disappointing. They tasted watery and flat (like they'd been sitting out for a while), so I didn’t really enjoy them at all

The restroom was so gross I couldn’t even bring myself to use it!!! That pretty much ruined the whole experience for me!!!

I remember the place being really clean and tidy throughout. Nothing felt messy or out of place, which definitely stood out to me
